Lillyrose has a warranty period of 30 days after receipt of the item. We only accept returns with a valid proof of purchase. The start date of this warranty period is the date stated on the proof of purchase.

Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must and can be reported to lillyrose in writing no later than 7 days after delivery . In this message, describe as clearly as possible the problem and, if possible, add a photo/video of the defect.
If it is determined that it is a manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced free of charge. Our jewelry should be treated with care and love. Our guarantee does not apply in the following situations: Abuse and negligence, natural wear and tear, stains, complaints caused by misuse of the jewelry.
